Be more active

Cut down on your salt intake

Salt can make your blood pressure really shoot up, so therefore you need to make sure you monitor how much salt you intake. As an adult, you should eat no more than 6 grams of salt in a day. So you need to make sure that the food you cook or buy doesn’t have too much salt in it. Be sure to check the nutritional facts to see how much sodium is in the food you purchase.
